SUBSCRIPTION FAQ
What is the duration of the subscription term?
• The term of this subscription plan is monthly, which means that your subscription is going to automatically renew for the next month unless you cancel it before the subscription term ends.
What is the purchase process?
• The purchase process is the same as to buying any other item on the Graphisoft Learn Portal.
• You can apply coupon codes at the checkout to purchase the subscription at a discounted price.
• Subscriptions and one-time product purchases cannot be combined in the same shopping cart.
• If you try to add a one-time product to a cart containing a subscription, you will be prompted to replace the subscription with the one-time product.
How does the subscription renewal and payment process work?
• Subscription renewal and recurring payments are automated processes. Therefore, your bank card will be automatically charged at the beginning of the next subscription term, unless you cancel your subscription.
What happens if my payment fails?
• If a payment for an active subscription fails for any reason, you will receive an automated 'past due' warning message 2 days post the due date.
• You have a 5-day grace period from the due date to complete the payment.
• If the payment is not fulfilled within grace period, your subscription will be automatically cancelled, and access to all included items will be revoked.
What happens when I cancel my subscription plan?
• When you cancel a subscription plan, you are no longer billed.
• You will lose access to the items in your subscription at the end of the actual subscription term.
• You will be deactivated from all the courses part of your subscription.
